Cancellations and Returns
No Returns Unless Manufacturing Defect
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns for manufacturing defects.
Damaged, Defective, or Not as Described Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may exchange it if unused, in original packaging, with tags, and financial transaction details.

Procedure for Return of Products
- Contact us via phone (+91 92720 99808) or email (hello@themangohouse.org) with your Order ID or use the Return Order link on our website.
- Notify us within 24 hours of receipt with a picture and video of the issue.
- Customer Support will confirm the return request and inform you about the pickup process.
- Initiate the return within 3 days of receipt.
- Ensure the product is unused and in original condition with all tags, labels, original packing, and invoice.
- Returns are free of charge.
- We support replacement for damaged items. Refunds include the entire amount paid.
- Customer Support will inform you about the pickup process. If pickup is not available in your area, you can ship the product and be reimbursed for the shipping charges.
- Made-to-order/custom products, international orders, and discounted items cannot be replaced or returned.
Handmade Products
- Our products are handmade, and slight variations in colour or texture are part of their charm and uniqueness. These are not considered defects.
